If you have dogs and a big yard PLEASE consider fostering. We have members with akita's and pitbull's who regularly take in puppies. The response from your dog may really impress you.
Sometimes you wonder where your time goes and what you have to show for it. When you foster an animal you don't ask yourself that question you remember the sweet smell of puppy breath and the thankful eyes, the wagging tails, and the knowledge that you helped a life cheat death and make it to a safe and happy home.
